The story of Wilmot Sanz began in 1966 as a firm devoted exclusively to healthcare architecture—a bold idea rooted in the belief that design can improve lives. From the start, we’ve been guided by a simple principle: pair design and technical excellence with an unwavering commitment to client service.
Founded by John and Jim Wilmot alongside longtime colleague Rolando Sanz, the firm grew through decades of creativity and innovation—earning national recognition for thoughtful, patient-centered design and lasting partnerships.
