Phasing that keeps care moving

In active hospitals and ambulatory settings, maintaining operations is non-negotiable. We start by understanding how staff, patients, materials, and equipment move today, then design phasing and enabling projects that protect those flows. That can mean temporary paths of travel, swing spaces, or sequenced shutdowns carefully coordinated around clinical needs. With strong “peripheral vision” above, around, and below the project area, we collaborate closely with contractors and MEP engineers to manage costs holistically and keep critical services open and safe at every phase.
