Standards, FF&E, and brand alignment

For larger health systems, we develop interior standards that make every site feel clearly “on brand” while allowing room for local character. Working with C-suite leadership in visioning sessions, we define key brand elements—arrival sequences, reception touchpoints, signature colors, and feature moments—that repeat across campuses.

Our FF&E process is highly personalized: we lead sampling and mockups with clinical staff, facilities, and EVS, confirm cleanability and durability, and provide training recommendations so teams know how to use and maintain each piece. A robust specification program coordinates with BIM and Revit, creating a kit of parts that streamlines future projects and procurement.
