The design team reimagined an existing senior living facility to reflect Alpas’s holistic philosophy. Retaining select finishes reduced waste and cost, while custom millwork, quartz surfaces, and wood accents elevated the interior. Each floor’s color palette aids wayfinding and supports personalized resident experiences. This adaptive reuse project proves that high-impact change can come through minimal intervention. By pairing biophilic design with thoughtful material selection, the center delivers a therapeutic, hospitality-inspired environment that promotes comfort, independence, and emotional restoration. Every space—from reception’s living wall to the calming therapy rooms—reinforces the freedom and renewal embodied in “Alpas.”
