Wilmot Sanz is proud to announce the promotion of Jason Moskowitz to Principal and Chief Operating Officer. A longstanding leader within the firm, Jason has played a pivotal role in shaping Wilmot Sanz’s growth. In his new role, he will help guide the firm’s strategic direction while strengthening the operational foundation that supports its clients and people.
For Jason, stepping into the role of Principal and COO is both a professional milestone and a reaffirmation of the leadership values that have defined his nearly two decade-long career.
“It’s important that leaders are both open-minded and have a strong sense of peripheral vision,” Jason says. “They need to be confident in understanding the current ins and outs of the business and the industry, but humble enough to recognize the value of fresh ideas—there is always room for improvement and growth.”

“Everything is connected,” he explains. “Most decisions don’t get made in a vacuum. Often, there are a variety of competing considerations and priorities. It’s important to balance diverse factors, being thoughtful about both big picture strategic thinking and granular yet consequential details.”
