With decades of experience in healthcare programming and medical planning, Gabryela brings both deep technical expertise and an empathetic understanding of how design impacts the human experience. Her arrival strengthens our collective mission—to create environments that enhance care, elevate efficiency, and improve lives.
Gabryela’s work is rooted in understanding how people move through and experience healthcare spaces. By studying daily patterns and workflows, she helps clients optimize operations while ensuring the patient journey remains at the center of every design decision.
Her planning process bridges the gap between clinical efficiency and human connection, transforming complex facilities into intuitive, healing environments that serve patients, visitors, and staff alike.

Whether guiding clients through an intricate renovation or reimagining an aging medical campus, Gabryela applies her Lean Six Sigma and Evidence-Based Design expertise to drive meaningful process improvements and lasting operational change.

Gabryela holds a degree in Architecture from The Catholic University of America and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. She also earned her Evidence-Based Design accreditation and certification from the Center for Health Design.
