These construction journeys are well underway. We’re excited to share progress updates on key healthcare design projects currently under construction, as we partner with our clients to bring compassionate, purpose-driven spaces to life in 2026.

Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center New Patient Tower

Construction of the new patient tower is progressing steadily, with delivery by Turner Construction Company slated to be in early 2026. This six-story, 150,352-square-foot facility is set to enhance emergency, intensive care, and medical-surgical services, featuring all-private patient rooms. The tower's design emphasizes natural light and green spaces, including a 20,000-square-foot green roof and outdoor patios, to promote healing and provide respite for patients, families, and caregivers

LifeBridge Health Sinai Hospital Mandy & Dennis Weinman Cancer Building

With completion anticipated in summer 2026 by Whiting-Turner, this five-story, 125,000-square-foot facility will centralize outpatient cancer services for adults and children. Featuring adult and pediatric infusion spaces as well as renovated radiation oncology suites, the building also includes supportive amenities such as a meditation center and an infusion area overlooking the Cylburn Arboretum, aiming to provide a holistic, patient-centered care environment.
